But this turned out to be completely different.
I ordered a call back. The operator called back after 20 seconds. Everything is as if clear. We discussed the time and date of arrival of the measurer. He arrived a little late. Well, that’s not scary. We discussed almost everything, to the last detail. The door was made, brought and installed quickly. But the door trim of the upper lock (where the key is inserted) was not set to the one I wanted. I would not even put this for free, not what to order.
The next day, he called back to the company and asked to rectify the situation. The master tried to convince me for a long time that these locks (KALE) are completed only with such overlays and culturally made it clear that the conversation was over. That's how the company values its reputation.
The next day, he called back again and asked to replace the linings for a fee. At the other end of the wire, they thought and promised to contact me soon. A day later, an SMS arrived with the indicated amount for replacing the linings. This is how Universal Steel takes care of its reputation.
