Good day! They were looking for a bath for a long time, and when I saw it, I fell in love! December 2017, holidays are coming! There is no limit to my joy, it looks very worthy, massive, the carcass is straight in the bath, very beautiful. The company was praised by the whole family with every use. But! In less than 2 months they noticed a microcrack from overflow, and one more one, in general, two up and down. That’s the end of the story! Very sad, I'm upset! Such a chic bath, and such a terrible quality.I wrote a complaint to the store, so far we are only arguing with the service center.

Refer to the drain-overflow, delirium! They promised in a week, two to send a specialist, turn! QUEUE - which means cases of the sea))) even if you wait, you need 2 weeks! No, I do not believe that a bath having served for a month can crack! Rather, it is not acrylic at all ?! I wonder what will happen next ... the bathtub is not at all cheap ... it’s good that there is no money to continue repairing in the bathroom, as they put it, it’s worth it ... And they didn’t make the box, and they didn’t cover it with mosaic! Of course, I am sure that when the master sees these cracks, he will understand that the fault is not ours. Already advised the bath to everyone, and here it is. Now you probably need to call again.

The curtains are really expensive .. and unnecessary care .. did not install. In general, I have not yet met the best bathroom! When I visit, I always pay attention to the “trough”;) And basically it is dull and yellowed, with cracked rubber bands and scratches ... (By the way, my daughter and her husband also bought Radomir in a new apartment, only without hydromassage .. Pleases eye!) All the same, they know how to make a quality product! Carpet! Thanks!

We bought a Boston bathtub from Radomir already in 2004. Now we are choosing a new bathtub, so I began to search the network for user reviews of new brands of acrylic bathtubs. Having seen user reviews of Radomir bathtubs, I can’t stay away.

As far as I heard from the distributors of acrylic bathtubs in our city, Radomir used to make his bathtubs not from cast acrylic, but from the so-called “sandwich”: plastic coated with a thin layer of acrylic. Our bathtub is just from a sandwich. After 5 years of operation in our Russian realities (Nizhny Novgorod, water from a central water utility, chlorinated, not boiling water, maximum 45 degrees Celsius), the bottom of the bathtub went into a network of small cracks. They are not cross-cutting, but the aesthetic appearance is lost.

On my appeal to Radomir service inAn answer would be sent to the carpet by e-mail that microcracks occurred as a result of improper operation of the bath, namely because of hotter temperatures of 45 degrees, the use of detergents with acids in the composition, cleaning products of untested manufacturers, and soaking of linen in bleach and powder.

As far as I know, cast acrylic is resistant to temperature extremes, it is specially tempered in the manufacture of acrylic bathtubs, it simply cannot crack from the temperature difference in our houses with central heating water. I don’t soak the laundry in the bath, the boiling water does not flow from the tap, I don’t wash with my acids, I clean the Luxus acrylic foam. I set forth all my arguments in a letter to which the representative of Radomir chose not to answer.

How repairable the bath is - I don’t know. Since the cracks are not through, I don’t really worry, I’m just used to not paying attention to them. The color of the bathtub (warm white, and not with a blue tint, as is now mostly done) has not changed over time. But I will not advise Radomir baths to anyone.

When moving to a new apartment at the end of 2015, they were looking for a suitable bath. We chose between 1Marka and Radomir, because there are no other normal options in our city.

In one of the shops they saw an unusual bathtub, all in strasses. I’m like a girl)) immediately drew attention to her. Then it turned out that it was a Radomir brand bathtub. The seller spoke about the bath, its characteristics and dimensions. In terms of dimensions, it suited us, so they bought it there without thinking twice.

They didn’t order the installation (my brother works as a plumber and put baths more than once, and he set it up quickly and efficiently). So I can’t say anything about branded service and installation.

The bath itself is good, it looks the same as in the pictures in the catalogs (usually it’s always prettier there than it really is), it doesn’t stink of anything nasty.
Her color is pure white, front and side decorative inserts, it looks very impressive.

The material also pleased, warm and pleasant. The bath is washed easily, but I got used to rinse the bath immediately after washing, then it is always clean. A drop of regular gel and a sponge - and everything shines.

What the bath is inside:
Inside, the bathtub is of the usual rectangular shape, but all the transitions are rounded. It is large and roomy. Much more spacious than the old bath, although outwardly you will not think.

Another feature is the stylish headrests. They came in a set of 2 pcs., One on each side. They are made of leather and themselves removable. When necessary, you can remove and wipe in hard to reach places. Lying with a headrest is much more convenient. Not an extra option!

I also like that the bathtub is double-sided, you can lie on either side or take a bath together. Wow!

As for the straziks, the husband initially worried that everything would fall off or fade. But I insisted. So, the decors have not lost their appearance at all! The same brilliant. I wipe them with a regular cloth from time to time.

In general, they did not regret the purchase, the bath turned out to be good. At least for a year of use, I have not lost my appearance, there are no scratches, the decors are all in place, nothing is loose.
If anyone chooses a bath, I highly recommend it. Other manufacturers will no longer find such beauty, but the quality is at its best!
