I decided to supply a septic tank Biotank-4 for gravity sewage treatment. Phoned the company LLC Triton-Plastic, which produces this septic tank, and on 12.12.2015 went to pay for this purchase.

On December 21, 2015, at 9.30 h, they brought me this septic tank and started installation. The guys did it quickly for three hours, filled the septic tank with water, turned on the compressor and it worked, I signed the acceptance certificate and we said goodbye to the installers.

But my joy was not long, after about a month a strong sewer smell went from the septic tank through the hood, the water at the outlet was practically not purified and also had a strong sewer smell.

I called “TANK-SERVICE LLC” which, according to contract No. 1241, after installation of the septic tank, assumes warranty obligations, and spoke about the incorrect operation of the Biotank-4sam septic tank. I was told that he had not yet entered the regime, as it should be.

Another month passed, the septic tank did not enter the mode, everything continued as before, the smell continued to flow from the septic tank and the outlet water was also not purified and had the smell of sewage.
I again called “TANK SERVICE LLC” where they told me to wait for the master, and indeed, about a week later the master Sergey arrived.

When examining the septic tank, the master Sergey said that the aerator was not installed correctly in the second chamber,and getting to work. Within an hour, the work on reinstalling the aerator was completed and the master Sergey told me that now the septic tank will work as expected and left.

But the septic tank did not work in normal mode; everything was as before, there was a sewer smell from the septic tank through the exhaust pipe and the water at the outlet was also not cleaned with a smell.
I called master Sergey and told him that nothing had changed in the operation of the septic tank; he advised me to pump out the first chamber and rinse the septic tank, which I did.

After washing the septic tank, I filled it with water, turned on the compressor and the septic tank really worked in normal mode, but the joy was not long again in the third chamber, the slurry began to emerge and if it was not removed from the chamber, it begins to thicken and turn into a thick porridge.

Conclusion: from September 21, 2015, the Biotank-4 septic tank is gravity-fed and until now September 22, 2016 does not work in normal mode, and the advertisement that is given to the Biotank septic tank that it bought, buried and forgot is far from the truth.
