The surveyor came only 3 times, they came to collect the kitchen from 2 - and they didn’t. They say they lost parts from the warehouse (I hear this from them repeatedly).

The surveyor, represented by the co-founder of the company, did not measure all the sizes, although she spent quite a long time with us. 10 days before the expected date of delivery to the warehouse, they asked to pay the remaining 50% of the cost; They assured that in 2 weeks they would definitely bring it. Moreover, we warned that we would then take out our old kitchen. As a result, not in 2 weeks, not in 3 delivery was not carried out in any way, saying at the same time "that I am unnerving them." And to my question: when delivery is expected, the answer is in the style of Zadorny: Belarusians do not answer, but how do we know. "

As a result, almost a month later (Oh! Finally!) They called that they would bring the kitchen ... BUT! Upon arrival, it turns out that there are no facades !! They promise to bring me in 3-4 days, after these days I’m going to the store, almost in hysteria I’m talking about the forfeit on their part. And then it turns out that the facades are not at all registered on the shipment invoice !!! I ask when will the facades wait for the facades? The answer is in their style: How do we know! Kashmar! If we consider that for almost a month we lived without kitchen furniture and appliances. In short, a month has already passed since the conclusion of the contract, and when we will have fully assembled the kitchen, and whether it will be of proper quality is not known ..... Very sad! At least forced to apply to Rospotrebnadzor for the protection of their rights.

Otherwise, they would have guessed for another month with color.

5. Quality. Two chips on the side facing of the countertops, smeared with putty. Long and dreary promised to replace. To do this, remove the countertop, take it to the factory, change the lining. Dates are unknown. We will demand monetary compensation. Otherwise, the replacement will not yet be known how long. And given the inability to bring the sink of the right color, there is doubt that they will guess with the color of the lining.

He began to choose furniture for the kitchen and instead of “Ikea” he gave preference to the brand “Cuisines of Belarus”. Appearance is almost the same, interesting design. At the same price, I thought that the quality would be much higher. Bought, set, share my impressions. In general, there are no complaints, but expected more. The material is standard finish too.

The design is reliable, unlike many Russian headsets does not promise to fall apart in a few months. Accessories, not bad, but not of the highest quality. In terms of functionality, the furniture may even be inferior to the Scandinavian one. I didn’t like the service a bit, although maybe I ran into such a seller. My conclusion is that the furniture is not bad, but I want more.

In addition, the staff works there to put it mildly badly, we have never been called or informed about incidents with delivery, a headset, etc. And this despite the fact that we asked for leave from work to get a headset, but they did not bring and did not even bother to report it.
