I bought a cheap Chinese metal tile in Polyester coating, but did not immediately install it on the roof, there was simply no time. As a result, she lay in the factory packaging for a little more than 2 years, and only this year my hands reached the installation of tiles.

I was covering the roof with a friend (who already had experience in similar works), I myself would definitely not have coped, I did not even know what to grab. In general, it took us a couple of days to rooftop, but I do not regret it at all, the result exceeded all my expectations. The roof really looks good, despite the Chinese origin of the tile, its budget value and the fact that it has been falling for several years just like that.

The tile does not knock and this summer did not burn out at all, of course, I can’t say with 100% certainty that everything will be wonderful in 20 years, but there is hope.

Long chose the coating of metal, could not decide between pural and polyester. As a result, I settled on the second option, yet the price bribed. I bought polyester from the company Grand Line, the entire process of manufacturing and painting takes place completely in Europe, and in Russia they only stamp them. Honestly, although the installation was carried out only a year ago, I was satisfied, both in the quality of the goods and in its price. If you buy from dealers, then the price is much cheaper. The coating thickness is certainly thin only 25 microns, but with proper installation it will not be noticeable.

Of course, I don’t know what my roof will look like in ten years, but now I am completely for polyester, cheap and cheerful, and most importantly beautiful. For now, I’m saying with confidence that my choice was the right one and I recommend this metal tile coating as an optimal and budget option.

In 2012, I acquired a summer cottage with a small house in need of repair. Since almost all the savings were spent on this purchase, I decided to do the repair myself, with minimal material costs. That is why I chose Polyester for the roof. This, of course, is not a cover that can be eternal and can withstand storms, hurricanes, tropical showers, etc. But, since we do not have such phenomena, this material is quite suitable, and most importantly, the price has arranged.

The roof turned out pretty decent, it looks gorgeous. I didn’t even imagine that it would be so easy to cope with roofing.I liked it so that for the decoration of the facade I bought a professional sheet with the same coating - from polyester. The house turned out well.

The rainy season was successful. Full protection, not a single leak. Of the guaranteed 10 years, almost two years have passed. Even if you have to patch up a little, the price paid off.

A record period of 6 years - I don’t worry about the roof. From a distance my tile seemed to be brand new. The color retains its original, famous heat and is no less susceptible to frost. Recently I noticed that there were scratches on the surface, the painting began to change slightly.
