I have 2 dogs and a cat at home. When they start playing together - put out the light ... I myself want to run away from home at such a moment, and the neighbors are on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I decided to remodel the floor in the whole apartment. When the workers opened the old boards, it turned out that they were laid immediately on the concrete base. No wonder the neighbors complained. They advised to buy Izoshum (3mm) and lay linoleum. There is a lot of trouble, but I agreed - I'm tired of living in bedlam. Now I can’t get enough of it. The floor is not afraid of moisture, warm and comfortable (it used to be very strong).

And most importantly, it became quiet! Now, even if my crowd is raving in the hall, and I am in the kitchen behind a closed door, I can’t hear any noise! The substrate was excellent and the price pleased. At the expense of environmental friendliness, there were doubts, but I learned that they make packaging from the same material (“baths”) for chicken and meat semi-finished products. I think that this is significant enough.

My dream came true, finally bought myself an apartment in which you can live separately from your parents. But everything would be great, if not for the fact that the house was assembled from concrete panels, because of which the audibility in the apartment is incredible (I’m not straining, I hear what the neighbors behind the wall say (do not shout)). An urgent need to do something. A friend advised putting a 3 mm thick isoshum substrate on the floor and walls. I did not look for other material, believed a friend, and already on the same day, I bought this substrate.

Together with his wife, they put isoshum on the floor and walls. Then the workers laid the laminate. The walls themselves were plastered and subsequently wallpaper was pasted. On Friday, he arrived in a renovated apartment, immediately felt uneasy from the silence, since the neighbor’s swearing and scandals were not heard at all. We have been living in the apartment for 2 years now, there are no complaints about the “isoshum” material. He copes with his tasks on a solid 5 !!!

They made repairs in the children's room about three years ago. The floor in the room is covered with cement screed. The room is angular, the outer wall is damp and cold.
Children love not only to run, but also to play with toys for a long time. Such a substrate was needed so that the cold from the cement did not pass, and so that the neighbors did not knock when the children were noisy. It is clear that for a children's room the ecological purity of the material is not the last value.

The master advised taking Izoshum not only as a substrate for the laminate, but also for the device of hydro and thermal insulation of the wall.On the floor we took a roll of 2.5 mm for the walls - in sheets 5 mm thick.

I was even pleased with the appearance of the substrate - pleasant to the touch and almost weightless.
Stacking sheets is very easy. They glued to the walls with liquid nails.

We were satisfied with the results. The floor is warm enough, the neighbors do not complain about noise. The wall is not damp.
