Chinese laminate

Recently I had a chance to read several reviews on the Internet about a laminate made in the Celestial Empire. I decided to insert my own opinion, a word, I hope it is useful to someone. The contact with the Chinese laminate is quite large. Quite often, I had to deal with him at work. In the last 2.5 years, I have carried out many repairs to replace the old laminate and linoleum with a “fresh” laminate of a Chinese manufacturer.

The first thing I want to inform is that not every product that was manufactured in China has disgusting quality. Therefore, I recommend not to put all Chinese goods in one row in quality. There are brands of goods of excellent quality - for example, the Tatami brand. By the way, the goods of this brand have no great cost.

The second is that a Chinese product, nevertheless, has several problems: locks may not fit together, geometry of the planks may “cheat”, a laminate plate may be of poor quality.

While exploring the building materials market, in one of the stores, I came across a curious instance of laminate flooring. A store consultant told me that the product was made in China. I will tell you what the laminate I saw is like.
The board is slightly thinner and is presented in four colors (light, chestnut, dark wenge, pear). And, what, in my opinion, the main thing is the texture, which is even better than that of a European manufacturer.

Laminate boards do not have large protrusions and depressions, which well create the illusion of manual work. In addition, the laminate boards are chamfered, which gradually begins to descend one centimeter from the edge. The joints in the Chinese laminate are perfect. I saw this at the store’s stand, where four boards of different colors are fastened together. The price for the product is moderate. I decided to take a chance and buy a laminate of a Chinese manufacturer.

I am the hostess of a flooring company. I buy a lot of relevant inexpensive materials, but in large quantities I take only Chinese-made laminate of 32 and 33 classes, and exclusively from manufacturers. Others sometimes cause complaints, but these all suit everyone.

In laying special problems do not arise. Locks function well, which means that there is no fuss for masters and anxiety for customers. Chinese partners are successfully improving the quality of this laminate. But environmental issues and geometry do happen.
