Neva MB2 COP appeared in 2018. In the store he was introduced to me as a novelty. The model turned out to be an analogue of the Neva MB2 motor-block, but with less functionality and at a lower price. Since the price mattered to me, and the Neva MB2 walk-behind tractor was used by my father for many years, I decided that I would buy this new model also cheaper.

The difference from the standard Neva MB2 walk-behind tractor is only that the MB2 KS walk-behind tractor does not have a wheel release as such and there is no platform between the engine and the frame. As for the absence of the release, the walk-behind tractor weighs 85 kilograms, so somehow I can handle it without this function. But the lack of a platform is an interesting thing. It turned out that without it, he vibrates less.

The number of gears in the Neva MB2 KS motor-block is 2 forward and 1 back with the possibility of doubling. Well, this is standard for the Neva. The engine in the motor block is Chinese. But it is produced at the same factory as the Subaru EX. So there are no questions about the quality of the engine. Fuel consumption is small, it works quietly. Gear - gear-chain, filled with oil.

The control lever is on the steering wheel, but the handle is long, so you don’t need to stretch it especially. You can quickly shift gears. NEVA MK200 motor-cultivator with a Honda engine, my father bought for a summer residence (10 acres). At first I did not like this unit. Some seemingly unrepresentative, not like imported cultivators. But my father is an old school, he says that to work in the garden on a drum, how the equipment looks, the main thing is that it works well.
