Awful quality and attitude towards customers. They brought doors with huge gaps. The factory itself offered to remake. The second time they brought the doors again with cracks, but smaller. When asked to return money for low-quality goods, they explained that the doors were “quite good”, they refused to return the money.

They forced me to come to the production, where they showed that there were no cracks, and covered the cracks with putty on wood! No one ever apologized for the whole situation, the development director shouted into the phone that we took pictures of the slots from other doors. In general, draw conclusions, I do not recommend this factory to anyone. For that kind of money, doors should be perfect, not quite good.

I don’t know where to leave a review, I’ll write just to let you know how they work in your regions. The horror just ordered the door,

1) began with the measurer: they gave the numbers they said call anyone - this is not a measurer from the store, but simply the person they recommend. He came and tried not to understand how, I had to call another, as a result it turned out that the measurer told us to order the door on the wrong side, but the hinges were hidden, we were lucky that they called the other, naturally they paid two for the measurement.

2) deadlines-ordered the door on February 1, they arrived on March 22. Everything would be fine - but they said that 30 working days - but in fact they waited two months. You must immediately indicate that the timing is not accurate, as a result, I am 9 months pregnant - without doors. Thank you for not being in the family home. Unpleasant moment.

3) they brought the doors, they paid for the delivery, and in the evening I saw that there were no locks and hinges - as it turned out, they were not written on the invoice and went in a separate box that we did not ship, I had to cancel the door installation - which was already ordered the next day.

The girl whom we paid for the door said that thank God you noticed that there was no box, otherwise she would have left for Ulyanovsk and if she hadn’t known when she arrived, now she’s in Ufa! the door installation got up, people paid for the installation but there is nothing to install! give me birth from day to day, in general, a terrible attitude! if they knew they would have ordered elsewhere! the doors are not cheap, they came to us in 170 thousand!

Good day! I would like to write our impression of the ordered doors "Ocean". On the official website for some reason there is no section customer reviews with photo attachment! We ordered at one of the company’s representative offices the Optima and Parma interior doors (blind and glazed), oak white pearl, with extensions and platbands, in general the whole set! The doors were ordered in 2 calls, as they cost relatively relatively cheaply, only 9 pieces + elements for the portal, spent more than 200 thousand rubles!

Naturally, a lot of individual elements came, packed in boxes in a dense film, from which the doors must be assembled. boxes, extras and platbands! Canvases of doors could be considered, there are almost no complaints about them, but I can’t imagine how to revise each board in color and quality! We delayed the installation of doors as far as possible, but when the workers printed it out and almost assembled it, we were, to put it mildly, in such a shock, very upset!

These doors hang on the stand in the store, everything looks good, there were no such misunderstandings! I attach a photo of what came to us! The joints on some canvases (in particular deaf ones) have ugly crevices, all canvases differ in pattern from boxes and other elements, it catches the eye very much as if they were parts from completely different doors, although everything was in one set; the additions are different, more than half in terribly stretched dark stripes (reliefs). We and the workers can’t even at least somehow pick up all this to look normal, because everything is different! At the extensions with ugly elongated patterns along the entire length there are almost cracks, edges with crevices and hooks, and all this will be in a prominent place!

We did not even expect that this could be because we thought that you had good quality doors, at least for the site, reviews, and for the door displayed on the stand in the store (it certainly didn’t look like that)! I don’t know how much they will stand and how they will look in the future! It’s a pity the money spent on such doors, I would like other people buying these doors to not encounter such problems and eventually get high-quality beautiful doors, without cracks and more or less similar in color and pattern of the elements, and manufacturers responsibly and efficiently made them !

We ordered the doors of the company Ocean. Not yet installed. Upon acceptance, they found cracking along the entire surface of the clypeus in 2 platbands, blackening of the veneer in another 2 platbands, and a broken groove in one more - a total of 30% of the marriage. The color is not at all the same as on the sample from the supplier company. Waiting for the door 2! months to order specially made for us. Door coating - as if varnish was saved. A set of 5 doors cost about 100,000 rubles. Sent a claim. Repair is in full swing. Very upset with her husband. We are waiting for the replacement of the platbands. A representative of the seller was called. For such money it is a shame to send such marriage to clients.

30% of the defective platbands carefully check when buying. Color does not match pattern. Instead of light beige with grayish streaks came oak doors with light yellow lacquer. Technologist firm Ocean unsubscribed that this is normal. And I have violated the entire design of the premises because of a completely different color.

Disgusting quality, obvious marriage is in production. Of the six doors, the veneer went off at three, the doors stood for only a month and a half in an uninhabited apartment, and the veneer from the ends began to peel off. Do not waste money, the doors are beautiful but the quality is poor.

I saw the doors of the Marseille Ocean in the store and immediately decided to take them, beautiful and seemingly high-quality, aroused my confidence. I took 8 doors, in two colors: white glazed pearls and vintage deaf ash. The doors stood for about 5 months and then at the majority the veneer at the ends began to move away. This is not connected with humidity in any way; veneer leaves on the doors both in the bathroom and in the bedrooms.

Of course I want to get everything back and buy interior doors of another factory, but it's not so simple, you won’t get back time. I do not advise, even though the doors are beautiful, but why are they impossible to use if they are used, only wasted money and my nerves.

Design, texture, color

the quality is terrifying - there is a constant detachment of veneer, a bar has come off on one of the doors. Of the minor flaws, the upper bar is not veneered - dust is difficult to wash.

She wanted to install doors with glass in the rooms, but in large stores she couldn’t find anything suitable. Either the price was higher than my capabilities, or the design is not mine, or the material of manufacture is not the same. Once I accidentally went into a tiny door store and saw them - interior doors of the Ocean factory, model Petrel 1. Doors are made in the city of Ulyanovsk.

Most of all I like the relief paintings in them, with frosted glass inserts. The design actually looks modern, but on the other hand is moderately concise.

The door set with everything you need came out at 10,000 rubles, in wenge color. Glass could be chosen black or white, I preferred the latter option. Separately, I had to buy hinges and door handles.
The doors are heavy, according to the manufacturer, they are made of solid pine.

In the store, a bunch of doors were reviewed, but the doors of Ocean Sherwood firm had a much more beautiful texture, the decoration inspired confidence, and besides, this model was in stock. The doors are good, our mistake was that we entrusted the installation to a curved arm installer. He did his work, anyhow, that now you can’t fix it.

They bought 7 paintings at once, it was surprising that the manufacturer did not laminate the tops of the door panels. Plus, the casing was brought in a different tone, they could not be replaced because our "master" installed them first, and only then informed about it.

The doors themselves are normal in quality and outwardly look good. They create a pleasant atmosphere in the premises and complement the interior from the best side. Choose our only advice to you installers carefully, do not save in this regard, then everything can come out sideways.
