Reading the comments above, I sincerely do not understand in which salons of Vivo Porto orders were made, because we traveled all their salons and nowhere did we encounter a terrible level of service. We made an order for non-standard doors to the ceiling in veneer, made it on time, set it well, the price is decent, which people are not happy with, I don’t understand.

Sliding, folding, glass, light - everything is right there that the designer can dream of)) I decided to see if there was anything about them on this site - and was horrified. I worked for a long time in the restaurant industry, so I know firsthand that one employee can become a fly in the ointment in a barrel of honey. Apparently, in Tula it turned out just this - well, or the competitors tried, I have only two versions. Here in Kaliningrad, everything is fine with the service, delivered quickly - it turned out, as in the picture. Definitely recommend it!

I ordered the front door in Kaliningrad. The staff is incompetent, talking on the phone with the client, clarifies and resolves issues with him, talking about the client in the third person (she called, she said), which is not permissible not just in the service sector, but according to elementary standards of etiquette. They put the door. The hole was vertical between the platband and the wall of 1.5 cm. I did not notice it in time, I hurried, I went on vacation the next day. Two weeks later, upon arrival, upon seeing this fact was in a state of shock. The company believes that such a turn of events is normal and does not see a problem.

She ordered openings, platbands in order to make the corridor ennobled, had a decent view, and as a result got a hole in the wall. Conversations with company representatives, installers do not give a result. The answer is they told you, you were warned, your walls are crooked, you could not do otherwise. With all this, I called the measurer from the company, they widened the opening for the ordered door, holes could be avoided, but did not consider it necessary to strain. They really spoke about the fallen off stucco, and I said that I would cover it, paint it over, but I did not see the holes on the right side with platbands, and I think no one would like it to appear. I took a photo after installation, sent it to my parents, holes are not visible on it. Unfortunately, it did not survive.

And if you look directly at the door, then really it is not noticeable. But on the side is a disaster. Bottom line - my corridor after installing the door requires repairs, which I did not plan to do before. The documents of the company mentioned that the doors are installed after the repair is done. In fact, do the repair, then they will put the door on you and then invest in the repair again. And this is considered normal for them. I will not contact the company anymore

Three times I ordered doors to this company, and each time there were some problems. Either the platbands will be brought in the wrong color, then there are problems with the lock, or the recesses for the loops are not cut out. And each time they solved the problem through a scandal. Each time, the planned dates were disrupted. I like doors, if I didn’t like them, I wouldn’t step on the same rake several times.

Advice: do not believe verbal assurances, everything is only through written obligations and documents!

Order PE-06-008642 dated January 9, 2015 (Gloss white doors, in the amount of 8 pcs. For the amount of 128741.92 rubles). The doors sag on the hinges, the box from the door in the bathroom is swollen. I wrote a complaint to the salon at the address: Tula, st. Mosin, d.6 - 09/12/2015., The answer so far (11/06/2015) has not received. In words, they promised to order new loops and solve the problem with the box. There is no result !!!

My impressions of the doors of Vivo Porto are extremely negative. Ordered 7 doors NEAPOL Sicily, the quality is disgusting. Most of all, it struck me that they did not even fasten the glass between the trims, because of this, there is a skew in the doors.

I did my order for 5 months, although 1.5 months are prescribed in the contract. Here is a service for you, I’m silent now, how many times I called there, how many stupid conversations and promises I heard.

The most annoying thing is that in 5 months the plant failed to make normal doors.Out of 7, 3 got married. Fortunately, at least the plant agreed with the complaint. They promised to replace it within two weeks, but in fact 3 months have passed at the moment, and no one is taking the door and the normal ones have not been brought to me. I don’t even know what it is for me. I hope to get my money back and say goodbye once and for all with this company

We arrived at the salon and were glad to have a good model range at the factory. You can choose any canvas and make anything from it: an ordinary door, a sliding door, etc. We bought the door leaf Sicily in bleached oak.
The surveyor arrived on time, polite and pleasant in appearance. They installed the door quickly and without problems. Now we are thinking of buying another door in this company, already for another room. By the way, we did the installation and measurement absolutely free.
We chose a sliding door, it is very convenient to use it, it opens silently. The fastening is reliable and the door quality is excellent.

I ordered the doors of Vivo Porte in the official salon of the factory, in the city of Tula. They brought them on time but with a problem - the doors were without locks and there were no gaps for the hinges. I complained to the salon, where they assured me that everything would be fixed. So I waited a month, and wrote a complaint to the salon director, only after that I was ordered a kit with new doors.

Further worse, the doors came in the wrong size. They were wider than necessary had to hollow the wall during installation. The result was that they could not even hide the jambs on the walls with platbands, holes formed in the laminate (I had to buy a laminate and change the whole thing). All this beauty was made to me by the masters of the salon, in addition to the money, they asked me for their creations. Disgusting service, although the doors themselves are good, beautiful, but with such service they are not worth a penny.
