The main minus is the coating, the so-called "nanotex" ... bribed by advertising, wear-resistant coating, moisture-resistant, etc. Laminated plastic, advanced technology ...

Where is the advanced technology, I did not understand. In fact, we have a cheap PVC coating film, which at the edges begins to peel off after a few days (photos are attached).

The ends of the doors above and below are not glued with a magic nanotex, bare wood .... how so ??

In terms of quality, they are not inferior to high-profile brands such as Sofia, Volkhovets. I would like to personally thank the consultants (sellers) very nice people who know their work. Do not order doors in Framir. We placed an order in Kolpino with the manager Ksenia, the doors in the amount of 7 pieces were brought completely wrong.When we arrived at the office, we were told that the doors would be changed, since it was their whole fault, and when two weeks had passed since the delivery of the goods, they sharply changed their position and said that they would not change anything.

They are also not going to return money, since two weeks have passed since the delivery of the goods. They suggested that we re-order our doors with a 30% discount, leaving the doors (100% paid), which were not in accordance with our order. Why we should pay for our order again, I don’t understand. Management takes the side of the manager, saying that if the manager admits his mistake, they will reconsider their decision.

They said that we ordered these. The manager Ksenia does not listen to customers at all when ordering. We asked to show us the video that was kept in the cabin during our order, and on which it would be clearly visible that we spoke all our wishes to the manager, and we were refused this request.

If you still decide to place an order, keep an audio recording of conversations. Impressions of cooperation are the most terrible. Negative reviews are immediately removed from the site, apparently afraid of criticism from their customers. Never order anything from this company.

To avoid mistakes when ordering doors, you first need to become a specialist in this yourself. The surveyor drove home, measured everything, but when placing the order, the employee said that the measurement indicated the wrong direction of opening the door and it should be otherwise.

Since I am not a specialist, I trusted a professional (as I thought). But now my door looks with frosted glass into the wall, and outward glistens with the wrong side.

We were given two interior doors. Four months later, it turned out that on one door three skirtings fell off. I called for four months in the office on the Enthusiasts, where they ordered and put the doors. They politely talk, promise that the master will come, but nothing happens.

The factory made the door on the wrong side of the opening. I had to live for three weeks without one interior door and then endure dust and dirt when installing doors in a renovated, residential apartment.

Having read the indignant reviews, it was dumb to contact Framir, but there are not so many places on Vaska in St. Petersburg where you can come and see the doors live and with a more or less normal price-to-quality ratio. The closest competitors on the Ural door are just excellent, but there the price tag is just a guard ...

In the end, I decided to take a chance, which is now very happy. I ordered two doors - clean linen without any garbage, white oak Nanotex. Thanks to the manager Eugene - absolutely unobtrusively helped to make the right choice. They made them for 3 weeks, called, ordered delivery - generally without problems. The master Sergey Yudin installed the doors - he has a separate respect and many thanks. The man arrived at 11 a.m., left at 11 p.m., since the installation was really complicated - all the walls were crooked, I didn’t order any extras, etc. As a result, everything was done almost perfectly. The installation was overshadowed by the identification of one defective magnetic lock mechanism.

The next day I called manager Eugene, he promised to prepare a claim. After 3 days, Master Victor came and in 5 minutes professionally set up a new working mechanism. In general, someone is lucky. To someone not really, in any case, I recommend taking into account all the reviews and making the decision ourselves. I personally recommend Framir, with the exception of the defective castle, I have only positive emotions both from communications with employees and from the doors themselves.

Price tags could be smaller. The relatively long claimed production time. Personally, I got one of the mechanisms of the magnetic lock defective (but also replaced it with me quickly and without problems).
