I ordered and paid for 7 doors in mid-January 2017. They were delivered only on April 6, because the manager forgot about our order. The installation was only on April 10, that is, almost 3 months after the order. And then it turns out that the company representative Mario Rioli, who came to take measurements, was mistaken with the size of the boxes. And he was mistaken so that out of 7 doors it was possible to put only 3. + to everything, swing doors were married. We had to pay extra for extras and wait until May 11, when they bring new boxes and doors in exchange for defective ones. (doors were ordered and paid in January !!!!). And then the day of installation came ... iiiii the door to the toilet in marriage, defect in staining !. I’m even afraid to imagine how much longer this door will wait! Due to the unfair work of the employees of this company, our move has already been postponed more than once, in connection with this huge amount of financial costs and other difficulties. I am very sorry that I contacted this company. Strongly do not recommend this company!

We saw the doors of Mario Rioli from the Minimo collection in the salon in his city, I liked the fittings and texture of the door cover with laminate. We decided to order and immediately to the whole apartment. As a result, they purchased 5 doors of Mario Rioli Minimo (500 - 2 pcs, 501 - 2 pcs and 701 models) with hidden hinges and a cut-in lock through the online store of Zaperto Ru LLC (salon in Kotelniki). Waited for the manufacture and delivery of doors for a little more than a month.The quality of the doors is poor.

When installing doors, the laminate peels off, especially on the cuts (when installing platbands). Platbands with traces of gluing (glue glistens with smudges). Elements of the box are not tightly joined, a gap remains. And the most unpleasant surprise occurred when installing the most expensive Minimo 701 door with glass - instead of the “left” door leaf we ordered, the “right” door turned out to be in a box packed and marked at the factory. That's where the fun began on the design of the replacement of the canvas. The online store literally "scoffed" at us, trying to get evidence that there really was a confusion when packing and marking the door at the factory and our fault is not here. We sent more than 15 photos, proving that the door is really “right.”

As a result, the quality director of Mario Rioli LLC, a certain A.M.Soshkin, based on the photographs we provided, issued a "technical conclusion" that "... the product was not installed correctly and is in operation. As a result, the door leaf lost its presentation and did not can be returned to the manufacturer due to re-investment. Thus, the quality service of LLC Mario Rioli rejects the claim for door leaf GP-MIN701-0024 in the amount of 1 pc. " (they sent a sheet of paper with a conclusion to us, without even bothering to put a signature).

Those. we are guilty of trying to prove (taking photographs of the door from every angle) that the door set by the factory is "right" - they hung it on the hinges by screwing in 4 screws, from which the door lost its presentation and now it is not possible to replace it with one paid by us "left" door, and this is almost 16,000 rubles. The complaints department also accused us of damaging the door leaf and also refused to admit the factory’s guilt in the supply of non-marking goods. Now we collect documents for filing a claim through the Consumer Rights Protection Society.

In my apartment there are also doors of Mario Rioli (Saluto .. I don’t remember exactly the model) for over 5 years. There are no complaints so far. Nothing creaks and does not fall off, at the beginning after 1-2 months the handle was changed under warranty (though the handle was not Italian, but Chinese, I bought it separately). I think 50% of the quality of the door is in the hands of the installers, if they saved on the installation ("quickly and inexpensively" from an advertisement in a newspaper, and not a "branded" installer), then reap the benefits until you change the doors again ...

Pros: hinges are adjustable - I haven’t seen anything like this at any door, the locks are “soft” (like Italy, not China)

Door manufacturer Mario Rioli had a chance to face during the repair in the apartment. I bought 6 doors from this company, initially I went around more than one store, but it was Mario Rioli who offered the most suitable option for us. This applies to both price and design, colors and quality of the material.

The door was taken in color dark walnut, the finish is made of artificial veneer. I didn’t have enough money for real money, if I had the funds I would have acquired it. The doors were of good quality, installed by their husband (for the sake of saving money again), he had no problems, he quickly dealt with each door. A good set of doors, each already has a lock and hinges.And if you suddenly need a lock that is locked, then there is also no problem, you just need to drill a hole and insert additional handles. The headache in terms of components with these doors is much less.

Doors from the company Mario Riolli are installed throughout the apartment, from the Saiuto series in beige rosewood. The doors took different types: some with glass, others without. The doors are equipped with hinges and locks, but we bought the handles separately. The accessories are not of the best quality, the hinges creak, and the lock on one of the doors sticks.

The box is telescopic and this is a significant minus in the doorway. A groove runs along the perimeter of the box, and a platband is inserted into it. The bottom line is that cashing should be held exclusively by the groove. But in fact, everything is not so perfect, the cashing that is inserted into the box is too short and a gap forms, I do not know why the manufacturer did not make them a little wider.

Outwardly they look pretty, on top they are covered with a laminate. According to the consultant in the store, such a coating is most resistant to abrasion and so on.

All around are positive reviews about the doors of Mario Rioli, for this very reason, in the summer of 2013, I decided to buy them. I immediately acquired 5 pieces, I’ll immediately say my negative impressions, in fact, quality can only be assessed by a weak C grade. Each door with jambs, then scratches on the locks, the panel on one door is different from the others, there are bubbles on the paintings, there is a huge scratch on the panel which, in addition, they tried to hide with varnish, but nothing happened, dents on the boxes, etc.

The doors were brought perfectly packed, all the boxes were intact, on the basis of which I came to the conclusion that damage during transportation could not occur. My fly in the ointment in positive reviews, there is nothing left of Italian quality, generally it should be a shame to sell such nonsense at such a high price for these doors. They are made by the way in Tula.
