The front door (under agreement No. 2572/1) was installed for more than 3 months. First, a delay in production, then a series of defects that did not allow installation. Three times inappropriate details came.

The solution to each issue dragged on for weeks. First, the marriage comes, then about a week it is considered, and then another week we are waiting for the delivery of the corrected part. So three times. The last time I waited more than two weeks for a part that in the end was not useful and the old one was installed.

The installer suggested "modify the file." And if I do not accept the door, then the next complaint and re-order of the entire product will be issued, that is, a couple more months ... I was forced to accept the door with a defect. I do not recommend anyone to SOFIA.

Sofia interior doors were installed two years ago. They didn’t decide to put them up or not right away, they cost a little (25 thousand rubles were given for each door), but as always there was no finance! But still we decided to take and install them, and at the moment we have not regretted it yet.

Doors look expensive and high quality, I rarely wipe them with a damp cloth, only when the general. All doors are in maple white, covered with Cortes. Fingerprints on such doors do not remain.

I like a lot of things in the doorway: design, workmanship, they close silently, magnetic locks. Doors with frosted glass were installed in the bathroom and toilet, at first I was worried that it would shine through, but everything was in vain, nothing was visible. Glass tempered, strong and reliable.

I recommend Sofia's doors of high quality and reliable, and besides, they can decorate any interior.

The doors of the Sofia factory have been in our apartment for more than 6 years. I bought them without relying on advertising and reviews of people, I just came with my husband to the construction market and I liked them. Each door cost 12 thousand rubles.

For more than 5 years, the doors have served well, the problem began just a few months with a door in the bathroom. She just stopped shutting; she can only close it with a kick. The rest are working properly.

It is not difficult to care for them, they are washed quickly with a damp sponge. Children painted doors with pencils, paints, crayons, etc. many times. So the coating is like new, nothing has gone anywhere, has not fallen off and has not cracked. The doors are beautiful, they look stylish in appearance and they are remembered. Cheap doors for 2–3 thousand were not around, even after 6 years I can say that I am not tired of my doors, I still like them.

In August 2011, we moved to a new apartment, and we were not able to immediately resolve the issue of interior doors. We chose among several premium brands, but as a result they took Sofia. They immediately bought 4 doors in the color Canalletto Walnut, and each cost an average of 23,000 rubles. They paid extra for the installation.
Doors are oar, handles are equipped with a magnetic lock. In the center is a large frosted glass (very strong).

Outwardly, they look perfect, but the quality of the doors is honestly lame. As it turned out, the door was not made of wood, but simply of pressed paper, glued on top with a film that externally imitates natural wood. Plus, fingerprints remain on the film, that is, the doors constantly have to be wiped from them. Just six months after installation, small pieces of film began to fall off. Now the doors are completely unsuitable.
