Dear customers, refrain from buying short-lived doors of this company, I do not recommend their unobtrusive service.

The surveyor seemed to understand everything, for a month he did the extra work so that foam and concrete were not visible from our wall (but now I know what the extra ones are). But the installer, having arrived for the second time, said that this again was not enough. They brought some more, alleluia. Here it is beauty in my hands .... yes, yes, yes, it has not stopped ... I really wanted to scream .....

But .... this is bad luck .... the handle of the new door is in contact with the first entrance! Tadam !!! I think this is a victory !!!!

Total: three months of waiting, two days lost completely, because you are sitting with the installer and looking in his mouth. And we remained guilty according to the company.

The story is not over yet; we will still fight for the beauty in our house! So, friends, I’m not going to advise you very much. Highly. I really expect that the company management will hear us and just eventually put us this door at their own expense.

The biggest one is that the door is in the package for the third month.

On June 5, we ordered 2 doors in the cabin at Kashirsky Dvor 1 (Moscow, Kashirskoye Shosse, Building 19, Building 1.4, Floor 14), order No. 560, Contract No. MK00-000560 dated June 5, 2018. Now is September 27th, the doors have not been installed.

Doors have already been brought to us 2 times and each time defective, it’s just awful how it can be, is there really no quality department in the plant that has to check the proper quality of the goods.

Now we have to wait again for 2 months until the new doors are released and it is not a fact that they will not be defective again. Information from the cabin must be removed with ticks, they do not want to inform on their own.

And this is only the first 2 doors to the dignity. the knot, which were necessary in the first place, and we need 5 more, with such deadlines it was time to order them yesterday, we are shocked and do not know what to do. There is no desire to order from Volkhovets with such an attitude, but I wanted everything in one style. The best solution for us is a refund, but the salon assures that it didn’t violate anything, because they fit on time, and this is just a marriage.

DO NOT CONTACT WOLVOVETS, THE FACTORY IS NOT ABLE TO PRODUCE QUALITY GOODS. I am silent about the deadlines, you will wait for your doors for an infinitely long time and overdue all the possible repair deadlines, which is a big cost, spoiled nerves and mood.

Only on 02.20.18 they called and said that they were delaying delivery again, they would call next week. Manager Olga is silent like a fish, she can’t explain anything plainly. Very upset, this violates plans and speaks of poor-quality work of the salon and an incomprehensible attitude towards customers.
