In general, you can choose for the same money between a small room in Kazan and a residential building of 100 sq.m. - the answer is obvious !!! Even with the land, the house still cost us much cheaper than a one-room apartment.

All the materials were delivered to us absolutely free. All the work was carried out by three builders, I want to note separately that they worked surprisingly quickly and smoothly. As a result, the house was rented to us 21 days after the signing of the contract, all on time.

Of the minuses, I note that this particular company works with poor quality material. To my great regret, a few months after we stopped on the interior decoration, mold began to appear. It turns out that the frame rots. Now we have one expensive - to court.And I highly recommend that you carefully choose the companies for the construction of frame-panel houses and manufacturing materials.

In 2004, a problem arose in my family, the old country house was completely rotten, so I had to urgently come up with something to replace it. There was not much money at that time, so we decided to order a frame-panel house. I turned to the company "Architect", on the advice of a friend.

We ordered the house "Comfort" (most suited to our requirements), it is two-story, there is a 6X6 terrace, at that time it cost 280,000 rubles.

It took us just 3 days to build a house and erect it, after which we were treated with mold floors, etc. And then we were already happy drove into the house. The positive aspects of the house include the following factors:

1. The speed of construction. The house was completely built in one month.

2. The simplicity of finishing work. Outside, the house is decorated with siding, and inside with drywall, from which the dwelling has an amazing view. After finishing, the walls turned out to be perfectly smooth.

3. The room is quite warm. Expanded clay is laid on the floor of the house, and the walls are insulated with a triple layer of mineral wool. Therefore, in the winter, the house is always warm. The house is heated by gas heating system.

The negative sides of the house include weak soundproofing. For example, if someone turned on the TV to watch or opened a tap with water, then they can be heard throughout the house.

Due to eternal financial problems (and there’s also a terrific buck rate), I still can’t buy my own house. For a long time, thoughts “buying” a not expensive frame-and-panel house were “running through” my head. But the data of the house being built, we started recently and no one really knows about them.

To test the qualities of this technology, I ordered the builders to build a hallway in the country house using frame-panel technology. The construction of this miracle ended in a week.

After 2 years of its use, I came to the following conclusions:

A house of shields was built several years ago. At that time, few knew how this material behaves in the winter, and there was no one to ask about the pros and cons. But my risk was justified. It’s warm at home, and this is an important indicator for families with children. I was lucky that the assembly team did the job responsibly and efficiently.

I ordered the shields from a start-up company for their manufacture, but here luck was on my side. Facing shields of OSB boards, the insulator chose basalt fiber. He traveled and watched how my order was executed (now I know what is inside the shields). The company even provided me with assembly instructions. All shields were numbered and builders assembled the entire structure in a matter of days.

The house breathes easily and smells of forest. As a heater, I ordered mineral wool with increased density, so the walls and floor are warm. Build speed pleased.

For a long time I was looking for a team of builders. When temperatures change, the structure begins to creak, but there is no sound insulation at all. Therefore, it is better to use such shields in suburban construction.
